Great smoothie recipe 100% vegetables, no fruit and so no excess amounts of sugar being superfed to the system :) No sugar rush = no crash :)

Please use organic vegetables if possible to aid your health through peak nutritional density, no ingestion of artificial negatively charged chemicals, and to help support the organic farming movement. With this choice you'll also be helping divert cash flow from the petrochemical industry, chemical fertiliser and chemical pesticide industries, all of which have powerful links to the manufacture of weapons for war.

1 large organic beetroot - for the brain, also provides sweet flavour

1 large organic carrot - for the eyes, also provides sweet flavoursweetness

1/4 head organic broccoli - basic minerals and vitamins

Handful organic spinach - powerful iron supplement, important in vegetarian and vegan diets as well as healthy blood function

1 leaf of organic purple kale - extra fiber for the good gut bacteria and strong nutritional supplement

Handful of mixed raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, redcurrants and blackcurrants - loads of vitamin c to help your body cope with the nasty flu bugs roaming around

Optional:

Add a big scoop of raw organic protein powder made from a wide variety of plants to aid your supply of healthy amino acids

Chia seeds - for helping the liver clean out toxins

Cocoa nibs - for flavour and powerful antioxidants to help your body resist disease and boost your longevity :)
