Daily Ideas - Starting Your Day with Motivation in the Modern Era

I was feeling really tired yesterday evening, so much so that when I would wake up after each dream sequence instead of taking 20-30 minutes to write my dreams down I decided to go back to sleep. I also had a bit of an itchy throat and after a quick consultation with my homeopathic doctor, he recommended I take two doses of Gelsemium 30cc before bed and 1 in the morning. After that and a great nights rest with a bit of a sleep in, I feel much better.

Once woke up fully this morning, got my whole body breathing online relaxing my physical body and using it to massage my internal organs, I got out of bed and put on a mix of three YouTube atmospheric and solfeggio audio tracks to help kickstart a relaxed but powerful energetic motion to help me through today's to-do list :)

While the three audio tracks were playing in the background I put on the following video and made it full screen to remind of the beauty of our pale blue dot :)
